We are an independent specialist in pre-loved and discontinued Tiffany & Co. jewellery, accessories, and watches. Each piece sold by us has undergone a rigourous refurbishing process to ensure it is in mint condition.
The items are polished, cleaned with ultrasound, and carefully stored to maintain a brand-new look. All jewellery pieces come boxed, pouched, and bagged in the famous blue packaging. Our items are described accurately and assessed by experts, ensuring you receive exactly what is described.
We explicitly state that you are not purchasing directly from Tiffany & Co., and we are not affiliated with them in any way. The jewellery offered has been restored for resale and may have minimal traces of use. However, you gain access to exclusive Tiffany jewellery at a significantly discounted price since Tiffany & Co. does not operate outlet stores or offer discounts. - How to Cancel an Order

If your order has already entered our packing and shipping process, it can only be stopped if it has not been shipped yet. Our support agents and warehouse staff will do their best to halt your order if possible, as it is in neither your nor our interest to ship an unwanted order.
It is only possible to cancel an order before it has been collected by the courier. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

To be eligible for a return, please begin the return process within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, with the exception of customised pieces, which are FINAL SALE.
You must contact us prior to returning any item in order to receive proper return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation or to an incorrect address are made entirely at the customer’s risk and are not eligible for a refund.
All items sent back must be in their original condition (not worn, altered, or damaged). We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges; you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection. We are not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature upon receipt.
Returned merchandise must include supplier packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when received. A full refund will be issued pending receipt and inspection of the returned item. Expedited shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds. Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to inspect them and process the refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and may take 7-10 business days to post to your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please note that items considered damaged due to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Replacements and refunds will only be issued after the returned items have been received.
What counts as wear and tear?
Generally, if you have had the item for over 30 days and:
- A chain has snapped
- Tarnishing has occurred
- Damage is caused by misuse of the product or avoidable faults
- The item is lost
ANY DAMAGE OR DEFECTS NEED TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Outlet Store will not sell, share, or rent any information to third parties in any manner other than what is disclosed in this statement.
We use reputable credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use your personal information for any secondary purposes except for providing these services.

We are always willing to resolve disputes amicably! There is no reason to file chargebacks. All chargebacks will be challenged by our lawyers and prosecuted if necessary.
Please note that all chargeback disputes will be considered fraudulent if you fail or refuse to return unwanted merchandise to us. Refunds are only available after returned merchandise has been received. Under no circumstances can you keep the goods and claim the money back. Any costs incurred due to filed chargebacks will be at your expense.
We also warn that illegitimate chargeback disputes can negatively impact the cardholder's credit rating. Therefore, we urge you to always seek an amicable resolution with us before exposing yourself to such risks.

All orders are shipped using a signature required service by default.
If a customer independently selects, sets or accepts any alternative delivery preference with the carrier (including but not limited to safe place delivery, unattended delivery or delivery without personal handover), this expressly overrides our standard signature required delivery method.
By doing so, the customer intervenes in the delivery chain and expressly agrees that all risk transfers to the customer at the moment the parcel is deposited at the customer’s address in accordance with that delivery preference. From that moment onwards, the delivery is deemed successfully completed and fulfilled.
This includes, without limitation, any loss, damage or destruction occurring after delivery, including damage caused by animals (such as dogs or other pets), third parties, environmental conditions or internal circumstances at the delivery address.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that pets are properly secured and cannot access delivered parcels. Neither the retailer nor the courier can assess or control animal behaviour at the delivery address. Once a safe place or unattended delivery option has been applied, we do not accept liability for any issues arising after delivery. - Disclaimer

Please purchase jewellery at your own discretion. Some jewellery pieces may be rhodium-plated as part of the original manufacturing process to enhance appearance and reduce tarnishing. Rhodium plating is a standard and widely used finishing method in fine jewellery.
Some jewellery pieces may contain materials or surface finishes that could cause allergic reactions, depending on individual sensitivity or medical conditions. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from the use or wear of our products.
Product characteristics such as plating, weight, surface finish and appearance are inherent to the original design and manufacturing specifications of the jewellery and do not indicate a manufacturing fault or quality issue.
